Shipping policy

All orders aside from pre-orders, are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

High volume orders may delay this process, please be patient if your order does not ship out right away. Please know we are working as fast as possible to get your order shipped.

The local Post office has been very busy as of recently so again, please be patient if this causes any delay with your order.

Pre-Orders

If you have pre-ordered a product, then please do be patient for when it ships out, suppliers have a lengthy lead time for manufacturing and availability of product! Shipping will be handled as soon as possible!

Curbside pickup

Curbside pickup is available in Columbus, Indiana. If you would like to pickup your order, please contact customer service for further instructions and for times that are available for pickup as times do vary day by day.
